Return & Refund Policy
Important Notes
Because our ceramic items are fragile, we highly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery and reporting any damage promptly.
Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or are returned without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping; however, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- Please contact us immediately at hello@3percentmarket.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect and your order details.
- We will guide you through the claims process and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In unused, original condition
- With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Carefully packaged for safe return shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@3percentmarket.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
- You may choose to use our prepaid return shipping label, in which case the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may provide your own shipping label for the return shipment.
- Please ensure your item is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
As a very small, independently owned business, we currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please cancel your original order and place a new order for the replacement item.
