Return & Refund Policy
Important Notes
Because our ceramic items are fragile, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if anything appears damaged.
Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or are sent back without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us at hello@3percentmarket.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details
- We will guide you through the claims process and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Carefully packed for safe return shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Return Process
- Email us at hello@3percentmarket.com to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions for returning your item.
- You may use our prepaid return label, in which case the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to use your own return label.
- Please make sure your item is packed carefully to help prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our return policy.
