Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can click the link in the email to follow your package. If you need additional help, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to over 20 countries worldwide.

To check if delivery is available to your location, simply enter your shipping address at checkout and our system will let you know if we can deliver there.

Please note that for international orders, local taxes such as VAT or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are typically collected by the courier upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are continuing to expand our international shipping coverage as we grow.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or modify your order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Returns & Damaged Items

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Because our ceramic pieces are delicate, we kindly ask that all returns are packed carefully.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please cancel your original order before it ships and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us or visit our Returns & Claims Policy page for instructions. We will respond and help as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at hello@3percentmarket.com. Once your return is approved, you may either use our prepaid return label, with the return shipping fee deducted from your refund, or use your own shipping label.

What is each piece made of?

Our trinket boxes are made of ceramic with a metal hinge.

Are there slight variations between pieces?

Yes. Each piece is hand painted, so slight variations in color, brushwork, and small details are part of what makes every piece unique. These natural differences are a reflection of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Where are your pieces designed and made?

Every trinket box and tote is designed in our studio in San Francisco, California. We work with skilled ceramic artisans in China who help bring our hand painted trinket boxes to life.

What can this trinket box hold?

Our trinket boxes are perfect for rings, notes, and small treasures. They add charm to a desk, shelf, or nightstand and also make a thoughtful gift people actually keep.

Care & Handling

How should I care for my ceramic piece?

To keep your ceramic piece looking its best, handle it gently and place it on a stable surface away from edges. Avoid dropping it or exposing it to sudden impact.

Are these pieces fragile?

Yes. Our ceramic pieces are delicate and should be handled with care. While they are made to be enjoyed and displayed, they are not intended for rough handling or heavy everyday wear.

How should I store or clean them?

We recommend wiping your piece gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak it in water or use abrasive cleaners, as this may affect the painted finish. When storing, keep it in a safe, dry place where it will not be knocked over or pressed against other hard objects.

Restocks & Gifting

Will sold out items restock?

Some sold out items will be restocked, but not all of them. Our non seasonal trinket boxes are usually restocked about every 3 months. Seasonal styles or limited designs may not return once they sell out.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Yes. We offer hand wrapped gift packaging and handwritten gift messages for an additional $5. If you would like to include one, just let us know when placing your order.
