When Will I Receive My Order?
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
You may cancel or modify your order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Due to the fragile nature of our ceramics, please handle returns carefully.

  • To exchange an item, customers must cancel their original order and place a new order for the desired product.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@3percentmarket.com. We will proceed as soon as possible.

  • Once your return is approved, you can either use our prepaid return label (a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund) or provide your own shipping label.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please visit our Returns & Claims Policy page or contact us for instructions on filing a claim.

Product Care & Handling

  • Ceramic Handpainted Items: These pieces are delicate and handcrafted. Please hand wash only with mild soap and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. Handle with care to prevent chips or cracks.

  • Wool Felt & Wood Decorations: Keep these items dry and away from direct sunlight to preserve their color and texture. Gently dust with a soft cloth as needed.

Restocking
Our goal is to make our items available to everyone who wants them! If an item is sold out but still shown on our website, it will likely be restocked. Use the “Notify me” button on the product page to get an email when it’s back in stock.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link in the email—or track your order here. If you need help, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Gift Options
We’re a small business, but we love making your gifting experience special. If you’d like gift wrapping or a gift message, please let us know by contacting us.
