We aim to process all orders within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You may cancel or modify your order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Due to the fragile nature of our ceramics, please handle returns carefully.
To exchange an item, customers must cancel their original order and place a new order for the desired product.

Once your return is approved, you can either use our prepaid return label (a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund) or provide your own shipping label.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please visit our Returns & Claims Policy page or contact us for instructions on filing a claim.
Our goal is to make our items available to everyone who wants them! If an item is sold out but still shown on our website, it will likely be restocked. Use the “Notify me” button on the product page to get an email when it’s back in stock.
